Arthur Raines is a Research Data Analyst at EC*REACH. In this role, he organizes internal data systems, runs analytical models, and synthesizes results. His research and professional interests lie in understanding how societies grow and develop, with a particular focus on the role of early childhood education in fostering that growth. Before joining EC*REACH, Arthur worked as a Municipal Bonds Analyst at Nuveen, A TIAA Company. He holds a degree in Economics from Dartmouth College, concentrating in development economics. As a native of the Chicagoland area, Arthur has a deep personal connection to the city. His experiences growing up in and around the city drive his passion for early childhood education.
