Denali Dasgupta

Director of Data and Research Partnerships

Denali Dasgupta is the Director of Data and Research Partnerships at EC*REACH. Denali works with public and community partners to develop robust and research-ready data and resources that empower Chicago’s early childhood community to ask and answer pressing questions of policy and practice. Her career in research and advocacy has spanned issue areas including education, demography, health, housing, and child welfare and focused on expanding the capacity of public systems so they can better serve families and communities. Denali was a Chicago Head Start parent and her experiences continue to influence her personal, professional, and community life. She holds a BA in Linguistics from Yale University and a Master of Urban Planning from New York University. Denali has three children (2, 6 & 18) and is active in local mutual aid efforts and citywide research and data governance advocacy.
